通过对已有研究进行梳理，将我国城市蔓延的成因归纳为市场因素和政府因素两方面，市场因素方面分析了市场经济因素和社会变迁因素的影响，政府因素方面总结了地方政府行为和土地制度缺陷对我国城市蔓延的作用机理。文献梳理发现，我国城市蔓延是社会发展过程中诸多因素共同作用的结果，其中地方政府行为和土地制度缺陷是我国城市蔓延的重要成因，在后续研究中，可根据我国制度背景深层次剖析城市蔓延的形成机理。 - 关键词：
城市蔓延；成因；机理；地方政府行为；土地制度； - Abstract: In this paper, the existing studies have been combed comprehensively, and the causes of urban sprawl are summarized as market factors and government factors. In the aspect of market factors, the influence of market economy and social change factors on urban sprawl are analyzed. In the aspect of government factors, the paper summed up the local government behavior and land system defects on the mechanism of urban sprawl. The study found that, Chinese urban sprawl is the result of a variety of factors in the process of social development, in which the local government behavior and land system defects have significant impact on urban sprawl. The follow-up study should be based on China's national conditions and institutional background to analyze the formation mechanism of urban sprawl.
