城市开发边界是抑制城市蔓延，引导城市空间有序发展的重要举措，现已经成为城市规划的研究关注热点，从城市开发边界的起源到我国的引入与实践都有大量的研究。为了丰富城市开发边界的划定研究，同时探索出一个合理可行的划定方法，本文以徐州市区为研究区域，进行生态适宜性、生态重要性和生态脆弱性分析，通过生态空间可占用性评价模型，对徐州市区的城市开发边界进行划定，并提出相应的管理策略，期望能够对其他类似城市的城市开发边界划定提供一些参考。 - 关键词：
城市开发边界；生态空间可占用性；空间分析；徐州市； - Abstract: The urban development boundary is an important measure to curb urban sprawl and guide the orderly development of urban space. Now it has become a focus of research in urban planning. There are a lot of studies from the origin of the urban development boundary to the introduction and practice of China. In order to enrich the delineation of urban development boundaries and explore a reasonable and feasible method of demarcation, this paper takes Xuzhou city as a research area to analyze ecological suitability, ecological significance, and ecological vulnerability, through the ecological space occupancy. The evaluation model delineates the urban development boundary of Xuzhou city and puts forward corresponding management strategies. It is expected to provide some references for the delineation of urban development boundaries of other similar cities.
