开发利用地下空间已成为完善城市功能、改善城市环境的重要手段，由于国内城市在地下空间总体规划编制过程中大多考虑了各自城市的需求与问题，因此在编制内容与方法等方面，不同城市之间还存在着比较大的差异性。本文结合青岛西海岸新区的地下空间总体规划编制研究，提出了基于“1X35”框架的地下空间总体规划编制体系，为今后城市地下空间总体规划的编制提供了一种有益的尝试。 - 关键词：
地下空间；总体规划；框架；编制；体系； - Abstract: The development and utilization of underground space has become an important means of improving urban functions and improving the urban environment. As most cities have taken into account the needs and problems of their respective cities in the compilation of the overall planning of underground space, they have different contents in the compilation of content and methods. There are still large differences. Based on the study of the overall planning of the underground space in the West Coast New District of Qingdao, this paper proposes a system for the master planning of underground space based on the “1X35” framework, which provides a useful attempt for the compilation of the overall urban underground space planning in the future.
