- 摘要：
在我国住房改革的过程中，住房不平等问题日趋严重。本文基于住房基尼系数，从住房不平等的权利不平等、空间不平等和财富不平等三个方面，总结国内外住房不平等问题的相关研究成果，得出的结论是未来的研究重点应由住房权利不平等、住房空间不平等转向住房财富不平等，具有重要的理论和现实价值。 - 关键词：
住房权利不平等；住房空间不平等；住房财富不平等；住房基尼系数； - Abstract: Housing inequality has become more and more serious in the process of China’s housing reform. This paper summarizes research results of housing inequality at home and abroad from three perspectives based on housing Gini coefficient, namely the housing right inequality, the housing space inequality and the housing welfare inequality. The conclusion is that the future research should be focused on the housing welfare inequality instead of the housing right inequality and housing space inequality, which supports the practical and theoretical value of this paper.
