伴随老龄化程度的不断加深，中国社区空间的中立性和兼容性正面临挑战。因此在积极老龄化背景下，应进行科学合理的社区规划为老年居民提供适宜环境，借助先进平台推动老年人以积极参与的方式融入社区生活，最终形成老年友好型的全龄化社区。研究着眼于对中国全龄化社区规划进行重构，制定具体的规划重构方案，探索构建超越传统尊重人性的合理空间。从而为老年人营造代际融合的生活环境，在整体区域中寻求差异化空间的共存。 - 关键词：
全龄化社区；积极老龄化；社区规划；重构； - Abstract: China has become the most populous country of the elderly in the world. The neutrality and compatibility of communities’ spaceis facing the challenge. Under the background of active aging, community planning should aim to provide appropriate environment for the elderly, set up the positive social participation by advanced platform. Then elderly friendly neighborhoods for whole age groups should be constructed. The study tries to reconstruct Chinese lifelong neighborhoods planning and for mulate specific reconstructive plans. Then it explores how to build a reasonable space beyond tradition and respect for human nature. The purpose is to build appropriate living space for the intergenerational integration, and the differential space coexist in the whole area.
