- 摘要：
英国作为规划立法最早也是规划体系最为完善的国家之一，其规划体系的运行经验对我国规划转型具有重要的借鉴意义。本文在回顾英国现代规划体系演化历程的基础上，以其最新的空间规划体系为对象，整体把握和分析了英国当前空间规划体系中行动主体功能和内在运行机制、经验和发展趋势，并结合我国空间规划体系的现状为其发展与完善提出建议。 - 关键词：
空间规划体系；英国；发展规划；开发管控；规划决策； - Abstract: As the birthplace of earliest planning legislation and with one of the perfect planning systems in the world, the British experience in operating its spatial planning system has an important significance for China to refer. Based on reviewing the evolution of modern planning system in the UK, this paper analyzed the mechanism of decision-takers, development plans and development controls within the current planning system, and further proposed implications for China.
