- 高铁新城的空间效应研究进展及思考

凭借高速铁路的时空压缩及其扩散与集聚效应，高铁新城引发中国新城建设的热潮，其空间效应也随之成为研究的重点。文章在梳理国内外研究的基础上，对高铁新城相关概念、类型特征进行归纳，对高铁新城空间发展正负效应、影响因素以及内在影响机制进行综述。研究认为目前国内外研究都进入一个相对成熟的阶段，但国外研究还需从普适性研究体系总结以及深入作用机制研究方面进行完善，对国内研究则从研究本土化、研究定量化、研究动态化等方面进行展望，从而为高铁新城进一步融入城市，并实现城市空间的可持续发展奠定理论基础。 - 关键词：
高铁新城；空间效应；理论；综述；研究进展； - Abstract: With the high-speed railway's compression of time and space and its diffusion and agglomeration effect, high-speed railway new town triggered a boom in China's new town construction. The space effect of high-speed railway new town has become the focus of research. On the basis of sorting out the domestic and foreign research, the article summarizes the related concepts and types of HSR new town. Then this paper also summarizes the positive and negative effects, the influencing factors and the internal influence mechanism of the development of HSR new town. The research considers both domestic and foreign research have entered a relatively mature stage at present. However, the foreign research needs to be improved from the study of the universal research system and the in-depth study of the mechanism of action. The domestic research is prospected from research localization, research quantification and research dynamics, so as to further integrate the new town to the city and provide a theoretical basis for sustainable development of space.
