针对当前急剧增长的养老需求及需要医护服务的老年人数，以“社区”为载体，通过文献调查和实地访谈，以医养结合为导向提取城市社区养老设施构成要素，采用层次分析法建立营建体系。向“产学研政用”领域的专家学者发放问卷，借助数理统计软件对营建体系各构成要素进行权重分析，对营建体系在实际操作中的应用进行阐释。最后，针对医养结合型养老设施的功能计划提出营建策略与方法，旨在为今后建设多元复合的养老设施体系提供范式。 - 关键词：
城市社区；医养结合；养老设施；权重分析；营建策略； - Abstract: In view of the current sharp increase in the demand for the elderly and the number of elderly people in need of medical services, the “community” is used as the carrier, and through the literature survey and field interviews, the elements of the urban community pension facilities are extracted based on the combination of medical and nursing, and the construction system is established by the analytic hierarchy process. Questionnaires were distributed to experts and scholars in the field of “industry, study, research and administration”. The mathematical analysis software was used to analyze the weights of each component of the construction system, and the application of the construction system in practical operation was explained. Finally, the construction strategy and method are proposed for the functional plan of the medical-integrated pension facility, aiming to provide a paradigm for building a multi-composite pension facility system in the future.
