近些年来伴随着全球化浪潮度假文化在中国扎根滋长,在此趋势下,一些热点旅游城市已鲜有角落未被资本涉足,资本的铺陈使原本位于滨海的海湾资源快速纳入城市消费空间体系。文章以亚龙湾国家旅游度假区为例,基于福柯权力空间视角,构建了“利益主体博弈—权力空间生产”的分析框架,对旅游城市滨海空间开发中的利益主体(地方政府、开发企业、外地游客和本地居民)关系进行了剖析,解释了在权力网络下,旅游城市滨海空间生产的过程、特征及内在机制。研究发现,其开发过程中经历了政府主导、企业主导和政企合作三个阶段,形成基于利益联盟的竞合关系:宏观上是战略合伙人,微观上又存在着权力制衡。游客追求一种臆想中的、已经发生异化的原真性,开发企业以一种“文化经纪人”的方式,将空间商品化,打造现代化的旅游度假区和度假文化。游客以其自身的意识形态和生活方式介入旅游地社会中,引起旅游地村民的思想变化,发生文化涵化的过程。目前,亚龙湾度假区整体建设已经较为成熟,而政府大力推进的海棠湾度假区势必与之发生竞争,未来,亚龙湾需要在保留彝族文化原真性的同时,考虑结合建设国家自贸区、自贸港的契机,焕发新一轮空间生产的活力。 - 关键词:
空间生产;福柯;滨海空间;内在机制;亚龙湾; - Abstract: In recent years, along with the tide of globalization, the holiday culture has taken root in China. Under this trend, some hot tourism cities have rarely been cornered by capital. The expansion of capital has led to the rapid incorporation of coastal gulf resources into the urban consumer space system. Taking the Yalong Bay National Tourism Resort as an example, this article constructs an analysis framework of “stakeholder game-power space production” based on Foucault's view of power space, and the main stakeholders (local governments, developers, and foreign tourists) in urban coastal space development. The analysis of the relationship with local residents explains the process, characteristics, and internal mechanisms of coastal space production in tourism cities under the power network. The study finds that during the development process, it has experienced three stages: government-led, developer-led, and government-developer cooperation. The formation of a competitive alliance based on interest alliances has resulted in macro strategic partnerships and micro-level restricts and balances. Tourists are pursuing a kind of imaginary and originality that has already been alienated. The development companies use a “cultural broker” approach to commercialize space and create a modern tourist resort and holiday culture. Tourists, with their own thoughts and lifestyles, are involved in tourism societies, causing changes in the ideology of the villagers in the tourist destinations, resulting in various influences and the process of cultural acculturation. At present, the overall construction of the Yalong Bay resort area is relatively mature, and the Haitang Bay resort area promoted by the government is bound to compete with it. In the future, Yalong Bay needs to consider the advantages of combining the free trade zone while maintaining the authenticity of the Yi culture.
