城市公园内的小型演出为公园带来了临时大人流。在演出期间，活动空间的场地设计和公园的管理应有对应的策略，以确保人群退场过程有序、安全。本研究以上海城市草坪音乐会为例，研究城市公园小型演出退场期间人流轨迹。首先，通过预研究观察人流退场过程中出现的问题，提出退场过程的优化方案。其次，运用模拟软件AnyLogic 模拟不同方案对退场过程的优化作用，从场地设计和管理措施的角度对人群安全高效退场提出建议。研究显示，增加出口数量可以提高退场效率，而拓宽出口对退场的优化作用不明显。 - 关键词：
城市公园；人流模拟；小型演出；上海； - Abstract: Small performances in city parks have brought temporary crowds to the park. During the performance, the site design of the activity space and the management of the park should have corresponding strategies to ensure the orderly and safe exit process of the crowd. In this study, Shanghai City Lawn Concert was taken as an example to study the crowd trajectory during the exit process of small performances in city parks. First of all, problems in the exit process were observed through the pre-study, and accordingly, optimization plans were put forward. Secondly, the simulation software AnyLogic was used to simulate the optimization effect of different plans on the exit process, and suggestions were given from the perspective of site design and management measures to ensure the safe and efficient exit process. Research showed that increasing the number of exits can improve the efficiency of exit, while expanding exits has no obvious optimization effect.
