滨江空间是生态价值高、文化底蕴深厚、体现城市活力的重要城市空间。长江“共抓大保护、不搞大开发”的新形势下，城市规划师开始思考如何在保护滨江空间生态本底的同时，激发其作为城市发展空间和开放空间的活力。本文以南京滨江为对象，分析了地理、经济、规划等因素影响下，滨江功能、空间与景观特征的变迁，并针对现有问题，从生态保护、空间优化、景观提升三个方面提出了滨江空间发展策略，以塑造滨江特色、提升滨江空间活力。 - 关键词：
滨江空间；活力；城市规划；策略； - Abstract: Riverside space is a kind of important urban space with high ecological value, profound culture and sufficient vitality. Under the new situation of “great protection without great development of Yangtze River”, urban planners begin to think about how to protect the ecological background of the riverside space, and stimulate its vitality as the urban development and open space concurrently. Taking the riverside of Nanjing as the object of study, this paper analyses the changes of riverside function, space and landscape characteristics under the influence of geography, economy and planning. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the development strategy of riverside space from three aspects: ecological protection, space optimization and landscape upgrading, so as to shape the characteristics of riverside and enhance the vitality of riverside space.
