- 摘要：
鉴于已有研究多关注高铁对社会经济的宏观影响，高铁对产业发展的影响研究不足，对中小城市的关注不足，本文以京沪高铁13 个地级站点城市为对象，采用特征选择模型，研究了高铁对国民经济各行业部门的影响。结果显示：高铁站点的位置、等级与开发范围是影响城市产业发展的主要因素；受高铁影响显著的行业类型有：电力、煤气及水生产供应业，建筑业，科研、技术服务和地质勘查业，水利、环境和公共设施管理业，教育，卫生、社会保险和社会福利业，文化、体育和娱乐业，公共管理和社会组织。通过对比中国案例与欧洲案例的相关研究结果发现，高铁对中等城市的影响效应具有一定的共性特征，但由于中外城市在宏观区域背景、经济发展阶段、地方产业结构与主导产业类型等方面的巨大差异，导致高铁对城市产业的影响效应也有较大差别。 - 关键词：
高铁效应；产业发展；特征选择模型；京沪高铁；行业； - Abstract: Due to a lack of paying attention to HSR impacts on industrial sectors and medium-sized cities in existing research, this paper, according to the Industry Classification Standard of National Economy, conducted a systematic and specialized study on industrial effects of HSR. With taking municipal station cites along Beijing-shanghai High-speed rail as research subjects, using Feature Selection Model based on Joint ℓ2,1-Norms Minimization, the most influential HSR factors were selected, the sectors which were significantly affected by HSR were found. By comparative analysis between this research and European studies, this paper concluded that there was a huge difference of HSR impacts in China and Europe because of disparities in the macroeconomic background, urban industrial structures, and type of local leading industries.
