基于人的环境认知层次与历史文化街区特点选取街道系统、空间环境、物质设施和心理感知作为 准则层因子，并进一步细分为 16 个指标层因子构建历史文化街区步行环境评价体系。以天津五 大道地区作实证研究，通过重要性 - 绩效分析的二维四象限图解析调研数据，确定各要素在优 势区、改进区、机遇区和维持区的位置。最终从改进机动交通管理、完善街区硬件设施、丰富 街区细节空间和引导街区有机更新四方面提出优化策略。 - 关键词：
历史文化街区；步行环境；重要性-绩效分析；五大道； - Abstract: This paper chooses street system, walking space, walking facilities and walking perception as factors on criterion layer, and further subdivides them into 16 factors on index layer to build up walking environment evaluation system of the historical district, according to the characteristics of historical district and pedestrian’s cognition level of environment. Taking empirical study on the Five Avenues, the paper carries out the importance-performance analysis on the walking environment with data collected through investigation and locates the factors in advantage quadrant, improving quadrant, opportunity quadrant and maintaining quadrant. Finally, the optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of traffic management, walking facilities, detail of space design and urban renewal guidance.
