城市双修”作为我国城市发展转型期解决城市问题的重要手段，以其为主题的城市更新规划在手法上更具精准性与人本性。历史城区作为传承城市文化的重要空间载体，同时又是城市内发展问题最为突出、规划更新实施难度最大的城市片区之一，本文就历史城区的更新发展历程和现实问题矛盾进行了梳理总结，总结出历史城区开展双修规划的工作要点，并以西安老城区双修规划为例，重点探讨了其技术框架中的总体思路，主题和空间导向以及实施路径，并以此为相关规划提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
城市双修；历史城区；西安；老城区； - Abstract: In the period of Chinese urban development transition, “urban renovation and ecological restoration” has been an emerging means to solve urban problems. Its urban renewal planning approach is more precise and human-centered. Historic urban area is an important space carrier to inherit the city culture, but it is also one of the areas with the most prominent development problems and the most difficulty of renewal planning. This article summarizes the main points of work for the “urban renovation and ecological restoration” planning in historical urban areas. And it takes Xi’an old town as an example, focusing on the general idea, the theme, spatial orientation and implementation path of its technical framework, and providing reference to related planning.
