结合南京市实际情况，分析众创空间的时空分布格局及影响因素。结果显示：南京市众创空间总体呈现两心一带多点的布局特征，不同类型众创空间具有不同的布局模式；众创空间布局驱动力正由单一转向多元，其中创新要素的重要性逐年显著。由此推测：众创空间的布局演化机制最初是政策驱动下的城市产业转型需求，进一步表现为地区创新能力的提升、创新产业链的形成，从而吸引更多众创空间布局，是典型的“政府引导 + 市场运作”发展模式。 - 关键词：
众创空间；时空分布格局；演化机制；负二项回归； - Abstract: Combined with the development of makerspaces in China and taking Nanjing as an example, this paper defines the concept of makerspace in China, and on this basis, we explore the influencing factors and evolution mechanism of spatio-temporal distribution patterns by analyzing the distribution characteristics of makerspaces in different time and different types. The results show that the distribution characteristics of makerspaces in Nanjing can be described as two kernels, one banding and multi-point, there is also a trend of continuous development. Different types of makerspaces have different spatial distribution patterns. The driving force of the distribution is diversified from a single one to multiplicity, and the importance of innovation elements is significant year after year. It can be inferred that the spatial distribution of makerspaces evolved initially by a series of policies brought by the needs of industrial upgrading in cities. This is further manifested by the improvement of regional research and innovation ability, resulting in the formation of an innovation industry chain and strong attraction to makerspaces, which is a typical government + market development model.
