用非期望 S B M 测算 2000-2016 年广东省 21 地级市的土地利用效率，分析土地利用效率的时空 演变，引入象限图、重心和偏移一致性指数测度土地利用效率和经济发展的配置一致性、均衡 一致性、偏移一致性。研究表明 :(1)广东省土地利用效率在 0.7781 到 0.9559 间波动，有效城 市数量范围为 14 到 19，整体效率较高 ;粤东一直 DEA 有效，粤北和粤西土地利用效率变化相对 较小，珠三角变化显著 ;(2)土地利用效率与经济发展发展的配置一致性低，超过一半城市集中 于高效率—低经济水平 ;(3)两系统均衡点的移动范围及速度不一致，形成了均衡发展的势能差， 放缓的速度使均衡格局渐稳定 ;(4)两者偏移一致年份达 62.5%，其均衡发展方向一致性较高。 - 关键词：
土地利用效率；经济发展；一致性；非期望产出SBM；重心； - Abstract: The Slack-Based Measure model based on non-desirable output was applied to evaluate the land use efficiency (LUE) of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2016, as well as analyze LUE spatial-temporal evolution process. Furthermore, we adopted quadrant map, gravity model and consistency index to qualify the relationship between LUE and economic development. Results indicated: (1) The overall level of Guangdong’s LUE performed well; the four regions showed significant changes in LUE, where the eastern part has always been “effective DEA”, the northern and western part showed relatively small changes, while the Pearl River Delta experienced marked changes. (2) LUE was not consistent with economic development, more than half of the cities belonged to “high efficiency-low economic level”. (3) The equilibrium points of LUE and economic development were inconsistent, and their moving scope and moving speed were not synchronous, thus the potential driving force of regional equilibrium was formed, and the decreasing moving speed gradually stabilizes the balanced pattern of the two systems. (4) LUE roughly matched economic capacity in terms of “deviation consistency index”, up to 62.5%, implying that the balanced development direction of regional LUE and economy were the same in most cases.
