- 农民专业合作社对农业总产值的影响及对我国乡村振兴的启示 ——以武汉市为例
- The Impact of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives on Agricultural Output Value and its Enlightenment to Rural Revitalization: A Case Study of Wuhan

现有研究普遍认为农作物产量、耕地面积对农业总产值具有正向促进作用，关于化肥施用量对农业总产值的影响则存在分歧，而农业专业合作社对农业总产值的影响则鲜有研究。为验证上述结论并弥补研究缺失，文章以武汉市7 个行政区为数据统计单元，以2007-2017 年为数据分析时段，利用S P S S 相关分析与多元回归分析技术，检验农作物产量、耕地面积及化肥施用量，探究新增农民专业合作社数量与农业总产值的关系。研究发现：①农作物产量及耕地面积对农业总产值有近似正向线性促进作用；②多因素共同影响下，武汉市各行政区化肥施用量与农业总产值呈负相关性；③武汉市各行政区农民专业合作社年增量与农业总产值呈现三次函数关系。研究建议：持续地增投合理数量的农民专业合作社，是武汉市各行政区当前行之有效的农业总产值提升手段。研究对乡村振兴的启示：调控年新增农民专业合作社数量在恰当区间时，其对乡村振兴有积极推动作用，但增量不足或过度新建则有可能给乡村振兴造成反效果。 - 关键词：
农民专业合作社；农业总产值；乡村振兴；农作物产量；耕地面积；化肥施用量；武汉市； - Abstract: Current studies generally believe that crop yield and arable land area have a positive effect on
agricultural output value. There are different opinions on the effect of fertilizer application on agricultural output value. Few people have studied the impact of agricultural cooperatives on agricultural output value. In order to verify the above conclusions and make up for the lack of research, taking seven administrative regions of Wuhan as data statistical units and selecting 2007-2017 as data analysis period. This paper uses SPSS platform correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis technology to test crop yield, cultivated land area and fertilizer application amount, to explore the relationship between the number of new farmers' professional cooperatives and the total agricultural output value. The results showed that: ①Crop yield and arable land area had an approximate positive linear promoting effect on the total agricultural output value. ②Under the combined influence of multiple factors, the amount of chemical fertilizer applied in various administrative districts of Wuhan has a negative correlation with the total agricultural output value. ③There is a cubic function relationship between the annual growth of amounts professional cooperatives and agricultural output value in various administrative districts of Wuhan. When the number of new cooperatives is between 12 and 180 in that year, the more cooperatives are added each year, the higher the total agricultural output value. It is suggested that increasing the investment of a reasonable number of farmers' professional cooperatives is an effective means to increase the total agricultural output value of all administrative districts in Wuhan. The enlightenment of the study on rural revitalization is that the development of farmers' professional cooperatives is an important means to promote co-ordination. When regulating the number of new farmers' professional cooperatives in the appropriate interval, it will play a positive role in promoting co-ordinated development. However, insufficient or excessive construction of new farmers' professional cooperatives may have adverse effects on rural revitalization.
