- 摘要：
社区安全是关系国计民生的社会问题，如今安全社区建设工作得到社会各界的广泛关注。本文以居民的社区安全心理感知为研究对象，在西安市主城区内调查城市社区公共空间的安全建设情况，利用德尔菲法及SPSS 统计分析法对居民安全感进行深入研究。研究结果显示，社区公共空间客观存在的安全保障体系与居民头脑中的安全映像并非一一对应；居民安全感最大的影响因素是住区内陌生人口的频繁流动。因此，改变以往单纯注重物质规划而忽略精神需求的社区建设模式，本文从居民的安全心理感知入手，通过提升居民安全感以实现社区规划的以人为本。 - 关键词：
社区；公共空间；居民安全感；安全感知； - Abstract: The issue of community security is a social issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Nowadays, the construction of a safe community has received extensive attention from all walks of life. This article takes the residents’ perception as the research object, investigating the security construction of urban communities in Xi’an and analyzing residents' sense of security by Delphi method and SPSS statistical analysis. The results have shown that the current security system in community public space is not in correspondence with the security images in residents’ minds and the major influence factor that largely affects the security of residents is the frequent movement of strangers in inner-neighborhood relations. Therefore, changing the community construction model that simply focused on material planning and neglecting spiritual needs in the past, this study focuses on the residents' safety psychological perception to realize the people-oriented community planning by improving residents' sense of security.
