公共服务资源的优化配置关系着居民生活品质，更对治理“城市病”、缓解社会空间分异和培育城市功能多中心有重大意义。本文以北京市教育、医疗公共服务资源为研究对象，研究其空间分布特征，对其人均规模聚类模式进行横向比较。研究发现，各类公共服务资源分布的核心-边缘格局使得区际和圈层分化突出，设施规模总体上从中心向外蔓延扩散，尚未形成明显的多中心格局；热点分析显示各类公共服务设施的空间聚类模式存在明显差异。 - 关键词：
公共服务；空间格局；热点分析； - Abstract: The reasonable allocation of public service resources is not only related to the quality of life of residents, but also has great significance for the resolution of “urban diseases”, the alleviation of social spatial differentiation and the cultivation of multi-centers of urban functions. This paper takes Beijing’s educational and medical public service resources as the research object, analyzes its spatial distribution characteristics, and conducts a horizontal comparison and a in-depth discussion on its per capita scale and clustering model. The study finds that the core-edge pattern of the distribution of various public service resources makes the inter-regional and circle-level differentiation prominent. The scale of education and medical facilities the spreads from the center, and there is no obvious multi-center structure of public services. Hotspot analysis shows there are distinctive differences between the spatial clustering patterns of various public service facilities.
