学术界对城中村看法不一，基于不同价值判断城中村改造方向也有差异。究竟应该如何看待城中村，如何对待城中村呢？本文通过文献分析法，回顾我国城中村认知与改造研究历程，发现研究呈现阶段性变化，认知由消极向积极转型，改造研究在形式、模式、思路上嬗变。未来城中村改造研究要在厘清城中村内涵的基础上，在弱势群体权益保障、社会参与机制完善、地方文化存续、差异性研究等方面加强。 - 关键词：
城中村；认知；改造；研究演进； - Abstract: The academic circles have different evaluations of the villages in the city, and there are also differences in the direction of urban village reconstruction based on different values, How should we evaluate the urban village and how should we treat it? Through the literature analysis method, this paper reviews the research process of cognition and transformation of urban villages in China, and finds that the research shows a phase change, the cognition changes from negative to positive, and the research on transformation changes in form, mode and ideas. In the future, the research on the transformation of urban villages should be strengthened in terms of the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups, the improvement of social participation mechanism, the persistence of local culture, and the study of differences on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the villages in the city.
