目前,在我国很多城市出现了一个城市多个高铁站点布局的现象,这既存在有利城市发展的一面,但也产生了诸如客流稀少、可达性差、建设规模超前等问题。同时,高铁网络仍处于快速发展阶段,高铁“一城多站”现象将会进一步显现,并可能加剧相关问题的严重性。由于国内外对于这一现象的研究存在较大空白,本文以沪宁沿线城市为例开展了相关研究:首先,对高铁“一城多站”的现状和规划特征进行梳理;其次,剖析了现状“一城多站”选址和未来规划能否与现状高铁站点之间“并站”等重点问题;最后,针对“一城多站”问题提出相关的优化策略与启示意义。 - 关键词:
高铁;一城多站;情景分析;复杂网络; - Abstract: Currently, it is more and more common that there are several high speed rail (HSR) stations in one city. This benefits the development of cities on one hand, but causes such problems as low passenger flow, poor accessibility and advanced construction scale on the other hand. At the same time, with the rapid development of HSR network, the "One City with Multi-Stations" phenomenon will be further revealed, and it may exacerbate the seriousness of the problems involved. Because there are obvious gaps in the study of this phenomenon at home and abroad, this paper takes the cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing HSR as cases to carry out the research. First of all, we combed the characteristics of the "One City with Multi-Stations" phenomenon of HSR. Secondly, this article analyzes the HSR station location model by the method of scenario analysis for the phenomenon of "One City with Multi-Stations". And we also analyzed the location for the stations and discussed on the possibility of combining the planning sites with the current stations. Finally, to solve the problem of "One City with Multi-Stations", some relevant optimization strategies and implications are put forward.
