- Comprehensive Measurement of New Urbanization Level and Financial Support in Northwest Ethnic Areas: A Case Study of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

新时代下，新型城镇化建设成为宁夏实现乡村振兴战略及经济结构转型升级的重要推动力，因此科学合理地度量新型城镇化发展水平显得尤为重要；而建设新型城镇化所需资金不能仅依靠财政供给，还需要金融补充“资金血液”。鉴于此，文章从人口、经济等5 个维度构建新型城镇化指标体系，选取2009—2016 年宁夏5 个地级市相关数据，运用熵值赋权法确定权重形成新型城镇化综合评价发展指数，在此基础上，运用面板数据模型研究金融发展对新型城镇化建设的带动作用，结果显示：宁夏新型城镇化发展存在较明显的区域差异，新型城镇化综合评价发展指数与城市经济状况高度相关；金融发展对新型城镇化建设的带动作用不明显。 - 关键词：
新型城镇化；金融支持；熵值赋权法；面板数据模型； - Abstract: Under the new era, the construction of new urbanization has become an important driving force for Ningxia to realize rural revitalization strategy and economic structural transformation and upgrading, therefore, it is very important to measure the development level of new urbanization scientifically and reasonably. The funds needed to build the new type of urbanization can not only rely on financial supplies, but also need to supplement the "blood of funds". So this paper constructs a new type of urbanization index system from the five dimensions of population and economy, selects relevant data from five prefecture-level cities in Ningxia from 2009 to 2016, and uses the entropy empowerment method to determine weights to form a new type of urbanization comprehensive evaluation and development index. Using the panel data model to study the driving effect of financial development on the new urbanization, the results show that there are obvious regional differences in Ningxia's new urbanization development and the new urbanization comprehensive evaluation and development index is highly related to the urban economic conditions. The driving effect of financial development on the new type of urbanization is not obvious.
