准确衡量城市轨道交通发展条件，确保建设规模和速度与城市发展相匹配，科学有序地推进城市轨道交通建设是我国新型城镇化建设的一个重点。文章从需求和供给两个角度建立了由25 个指标构成的我国城市发展轨道交通条件综合评价指标体系，通过运用变异系数法和TOPSIS 法对我国24 个城市的轨道交通发展条件进行深入分析，并根据计算结果，构建城市轨道交通发展条件水平—运营规模散点图，以期为促进我国城市轨道交通可持续发展提供参考。 - 关键词：
城市；轨道交通；发展条件；需求；供给； - Abstract: Measuring the urban rail transit development conditions accurately, ensuring that the building scale and speed match the urban development, and promoting the construction of urban rail transit scientifically and orderly is a key point in process of new-type urbanization in China. In this study, a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the urban rail transit development conditions was established from the perspective of supply and demand. Then, the development condition of urban rail transit for 24 cities in China is analyzed by using CPA and TOPSIS methods. Finally, according to the calculation results, the scatter diagram of the urban rail transit development conditions and the operative scales is constructed to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
