文章以美国开发热点区的活跃退休社区（AARC）为主要研究对象，首先用地域密集度以及人均户数等指标对开发热点区进行了划分，用多重对应分析的方法探讨了各热点区的养老环境特征，并用聚类分析的方法探讨了A ARC 的主要类型特征。文章的研究成果对我国养老社区的建设具有一定的参考价值。 - 关键词：
活跃退休社区；开发热点区；类型；多重对应分析；聚类分析； - Abstract: This paper takes AARCs in the centralized development zone of the United States as the main research subject. Firstly, the centralized development zone is divided by using indicators such as geographic density and the number of households per capita. Then this paper analyzes the characteristics of retirement environment in different centralized development zones by applying multiple correspondence analyses, and explores the main features of AARC by means of cluster analysis. The research results of this paper have important reference value for the construction of relevant retirement communities in China.
