基于列斐伏尔空间三元组理论，针对广州市城市更新的典型案例——恩宁路的改造实践，聚焦其中的空间异化问题，利用实地调研与深度访谈等方法，通过引入经济、文化、政治三维度对恩宁路的空间三元组进行细化的差异性分析，具体地，对恩宁路整体与永庆坊内部分别进行探究，特别关注其中的尺度异化，发现恩宁路与永庆坊存在明显的空间异化，其形成是五大关键主体——政府、企业、公众、媒体、专家学者及其之间的互动共同作用的结果。 - 关键词：
空间异化；城市更新；列斐伏尔；空间三元组；恩宁路； - Abstract: Based on Lefebvre’s theory of space production, this paper focuses on Enning road, a typical case of urban renewal in Guangzhou, and analyzes its space dissimilation through the methods of on-site observation and in-depth interviews. During the analysis of the two-two matching of the space triad of Enning road, the study introduces the economic, cultural and political dimensions and then explores the detailed performances of space dissimilation in three dimensions. The research pays special attention to space dissimilation of two scales: that of the overall Enning road and that of Yongqing Lane Blocks. The results indicated that there was obvious space dissimilation in the study area. The space dissimilation existed in the mismatch among the three types of space inside Enning road and Yongqing Lane Blocks, and the mismatch showed evident differences in corresponding indicators of the three dimensions. What’s more, there were obvious scale dissimilation between Enning road and Yongqing Lane Blocks. The formation of space dissimilation in the case of Enning road was related to the interaction of five key stakeholders, including government, enterprise, the public, the media and expert.
