- 非洲国家城市扩展及影响因素分析 ——以坦桑尼亚基戈马市为例

以“一带一路”沿线国家坦桑尼亚西部重镇基戈马市为例，以遥感解译的2000、2007、2014 年土地利用数据为基础，结合实地调研，运用GIS 空间分析方法，分析非洲国家城市扩展的整体特征及影响因素。研究结果表明：①基戈马自2000 年以来建设用地投入相对人口增长来说比较合理，城市扩展主要占用裸地和植被，城市环境恶化；②城市扩展主要沿从市中心向外辐射形成的道路网进行，表现出一定的轴带扩展特征，后期交通轴带间的填充式扩展逐渐显著，而城市中心密实化过程逐渐减弱；③城市扩展主要受到人口增长与非正式聚落扩张、交通线路引导与规划失灵等因素的影响。中非可以加强在城市交通设施建设、城市规划和城市产业发展方面的合作，从而推动“一带一路”建设。 - 关键词：
城市扩展；影响因素；坦桑尼亚；“一带一路”； - Abstract: The paper takse the city of Kigoma, a major town in western Tanzania as an example. Based on the land-use classification data (2000, 2007 and 2014), supplemented with field surveys, GIS spatial analysis was employed to study the overall pattern and influencing factors of urban expansion for African city. The findings indicated that: ①Compared to population growth, Kigoma had been reasonable in terms of construction land investment since 2000. Urban expansion mainly occupied bare land and vegetation, and the urban environment had deteriorated; ②The urban expansion was mainly carried out along the road network radiated from the city center, showing a certain axial expansion feature. The filling expansion between the traffic shafts was becoming prominent gradually, and the urban center compaction process was gradually weakened; ③Urban expansion were mainly affected by factors such as population growth and informal settlements expansion, traffic route guidance and planning failure. China and Africa can strengthen cooperation in urban transportation facilities construction, urban planning and urban industries development, thus promoting the construction of the Belt and Road.
