社区微更新是改善城市人居环境的重要手段之一，其关注度与日俱增。本文在理论研究的基础上进行案例分析，对国内现有的社区微更新机制进行梳理分类，并具体探讨了机制运行中存在的主要问题和深层次原因。基于相关研究，初步整合构建了政府管控、居间媒介、市民参与的多元共治平台框架，并从法规力量、社会力量、社区力量、人才力量和实体平台搭建五个方面提出保障平台长效发展的运作机制。最后，借助微信小程序应用，拟建微社区共治平台，并在其指引下，提出各多元主体参与路径，以期为未来的社区微更新机制提供参考。 - 关键词：
社区微更新；机制优化；多元共治；社区规划平台； - Abstract: Community micro-update is one of the important means to improve the urban human settlement environment, and its attention is increasing day by day. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper carries out case analysis, sorts out and classifies the existing community micro-update mechanism in China, and specifically discusses the main problems and deep-seated reasons in the operation of the mechanism. Based on relevant research, the framework of multi-governance platform including government control, intermediary media and citizen participation is preliminarily integrated and constructed, and the operational mechanism to ensure the long-term development of the platform is put forward from five aspects: legal force, social force, community force, talent force and entity platform. Finally, with the help of the application of WeChat applet, the co-governance platform of micro-community is proposed, and under its guidance, the participation paths of various multi-subjects are proposed, with a view to providing reference for the future community micro-update mechanism.
