基于高密度城市环境的特殊属性，重新梳理和探讨公共空间建设的多目标需求，引入“效能”理念，探讨公共空间效能的概念及研究意义，构建一个综合、弹性的框架来研究及评价公共空间的整体性能，并在此基础上建立公共空间规划建设的决策模型及技术体系，为设计方案比选及规划管理提供分析工具与参考依据。以天津市滨海新区中心区的广场规划设计为例，对评价及决策模型进行初步检验。 - 关键词：
高密度；公共空间；效能评价；决策模型； - Abstract: Based on characteristics of high-density environment, the paper explores the multi-objectives of public space construction, introduces the concept of effectiveness, discusses the concept definition and research significance of public space effectiveness, establishes a synthesis and flexible framework to study and evaluate the overall performance of public space, and proposes decision model and technical system of urban planning and construction, in order to provide an analysis tool and significant reference for design scenario selection and planning management. The square planning and design in central business district of Tianjin Binhai New Area is chosen for the case study to test the validity of the assessment and decision model.
