随着南京空港枢纽经济的迅速发展，传统单一的外语人才已经不适应经济发展需要，创新型外语人才广受欢迎。南京地方高等院校众多，新的经济形势对地方高等院校培养创新型外语人才的需求日益增加。本文利用调研数据，从南京空港枢纽经济现状和地方高等院校创新型外语人才现状入手，思考创新型外语人才服务南京空港枢纽经济的积极意义，探讨地方高等院校创新型外语人才对接南京空港枢纽经济的政策与实践。 - 关键词：
地方高等院校；创新型外语人才；空港枢纽经济； - Abstract: With the rapid development of Nanjing airport hub economy, the traditional single foreign language talents have not met the needs of economic development, and innovative foreign language talents have emerged. There are many local colleges and universities in Nanjing, and the new economic situation demands more and more innovative foreign language talents. Based on the survey, this paper starts from the current situation of Nanjing airport hub economy and the current situation of innovative foreign language talents in local colleges and universities, considers the positive significance of innovative foreign language talents in serving Nanjing airport hub economy, and discusses the policy and practice of innovative foreign language talents in local colleges and universities docking with Nanjing airport hub economy.
