基于2014 年中国劳动力动态调查数据，运用描述性分析、Lo gis tic 回归模型，探究了社区游憩设施密度对居民B M I 的影响。研究发现社区游憩设施密度对城乡居民的B M I 存在影响差异，游憩设施中的健身设施密度的增加可以显著降低城市居民的超重或肥胖几率，而对乡村居民并无显著作用，影响乡村居民BMI 的关键因素是其收入水平。城乡居民的健康意识以及经济发展水平差异，造成了个体健康方面的差异。研究结果将对我国城乡社区规划具有一定的指导意义。 - 关键词：
游憩设施；BMI；肥胖；健康社区；城乡差异； - Abstract: Based on the data from the 2014 China Labor Dynamics Survey, using descriptive analysis and Logistic regression models, the impact of community recreational facility density on residents’ BMI was explored. The study found that the density of community recreational facilities has a different impact on the BMI of urban and rural residents. The increase in the density of fi tness facilities in recreational facilities can signifi cantly reduce the chance of overweight or obesity among urban residents, but has no signifi cant effect on rural residents. The key factor is its income level. Differences in the health awareness of urban and rural residents and the level of economic development have caused differences in individual health. The research results will have certain guiding signifi cance for the urban and rural community planning in China.
