土地利用是城市空间的外在物质表征。伴随着新型城镇化进程的深入推进，我国城市空间发展模式逐渐由增量向存量甚至减量转变，土地利用也随之由粗放型扩张向内涵式提升转型。本文在分析比较多期土地利用现状与规划数据的基础上，运用土地转移矩阵对土地利用规划实施绩效进行评估，采用动态与静态相结合的方法剖析土地利用转移特征、存在问题以及变化动因，同时以商洛市中心城区为实证研究对象，进而提出相应的土地利用优化建议。 - 关键词：
实施评估；土地利用优化；转移矩阵；商洛中心城区； - Abstract: Land use is the external physical representation of urban space. As the fast urbanization progress in China, urban space development has gradually converted from incremental to stock and decremental types. In addition, land use was also turned from extensively expansive to connotative upgrading. In this contribution, we present a systematic investigation based on the analysis of the status quo and planning data of multi-period land use, using the land transfer matrix to evaluate the performance of land use planning, combining dynamic and static methods to analyze the features, existing problems, and motivation of land use transfer. At the same time, taking the downtown area of Shangluo as an example, we carry out the corresponding land use optimization path.
