本文运用随机效应模型并借助按行政区域划分的虚拟变量来对比长三角三省一市内民营上市公司的风险水平，以此作为切入点探寻长三角一体化的成效。实证表明长三角一体化具有显著成效，主要体现在省边界处市级的行政壁垒不明显以及上海地区具有经济辐射效应。然而，长三角一体化仍有进步空间。在省级行政壁垒层面，安徽省、江苏省与上海市的企业之间存在显著的风险水平差异：安徽省具有最高程度的风险水平，江苏省次之，浙江省与上海市之间却相差无几；且各省内重点城市（如苏州、杭州、马鞍山等）与周边城市之间同样存在明显差异。因此得出结论：在未来不仅应于省交界处强调区域一体化，还应于各省内部以市为单位的行政区域间强调区域一体化，以达到长三角区域内民营企业风险水平方面的均衡；并应更重视安徽省于长三角流域内的地位，倾斜更多的资源以弥补长三角一体化战略在安徽省起步晚的状况。 - 关键词：
长江三角洲；一体化；民营上市公司；风险水平； - Abstract: This paper takes the private enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object, and studies the impact of administrative barriers on the risk level of private enterprises so as to reflect the degree of integration process of the Yangtze River Delta. The empirical results indicate that the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta has significant effect and the administrative barriers between the boundaries of provinces are not obvious, which benefits from the linkage and integration between provinces. And the economic radiation effect of Shanghai region drives the development and upgrade of related industries in the surrounding areas. Anhui province and Jiangsu province both have significant differences in risk levels with Shanghai, as well as among enterprises in main cities such as Hangzhou, Suzhou and those in surrounding cities. Thus, although the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta has achieved a lot, there is still room for progress especially in the area where city is considered as the unit in inner area of provinces and China should pay more attention to Anhui province to cover the shortage.
