为探索存量时代城市建筑遗产保护利用新途径，在城市建筑遗产研究中引入复杂适应性理论，构建城市建筑遗产复杂适应系统，并解析其复杂适应机制。针对城市建筑遗产保护利用模式及主要问题，提出其适应性提升框架，并结合哈尔滨市建筑遗产保护利用情况，提出密集式、离散式、间隔式、聚集式4 种典型适应性主体的复杂适应模式，以拓宽城市更新转型期建筑遗产研究的视野，为存量时代城市文化品质提升提供启示。 - 关键词：
城市建筑遗产；复杂适应性；存量规划； - Abstract: In order to explore a new approach to protect and utilize urban architectural heritage in the eriod of inventory planning, the complex adaptability theory is introduced into the study of urban architectural heritage. This paper constructs the complex adaptive system of urban architectural heritage, and analyzes the complex adaptive mechanism. Aiming at the modes and main problems of urban architectural heritage protection and utilization, this paper puts forward a framework for improving its adaptability. Combining with the protection and utilization of architectural heritage in Harbin, this paper proposes four complex adaptation modes of typical adaptive subjects: dense, discrete, spaced and aggregated. It makes a contribution to widen the horizon of architectural heritage research in the period of urban renewal and transformation, and provides enlightenment for the improvement of urban cultural quality.
