为解决农村小学服务协同供需空间结构不均衡的问题，构建以学生流动就学为联系的教育服务协同“需求网络模型”和以教师、校长轮岗流动为联系的教育服务协同“供给网络模型”，对比农村教育服务协同供需网络的空间结构特征。研究发现：汉源县农村小学服务协同关系存在着需求大于供给、供需网络组团结构匹配性差、教育服务协同层级体系错位的问题。针对这些问题，提出了农村小学教育服务协同均衡的规划优化策略。 - 关键词：
农村小学；教育服务协同；供需网络；规划优化； - Abstract: To solve the problem of unbalanced spatial structure of rural primary school service collaborative supply and demand, a “demand network model” of education service collaboration based on student mobility and a “supply network model” of education service collaboration linked by the rotation of teachers and principals are provided. The research found that: the rural primary school service synergy relationship in Hanyuan county has the problems that the demand is greater than the supply, the supply and demand network group structure is not well-matched, and the education service synergy hierarchy is misaligned. In response to these problems, the study puts forward a plan optimization strategy for coordinated and balanced rural primary education services.
