- 摘要：
社区居家养老服务评估网络是对社区居家养老服务评估模式进行分析的突破口。文章以南京市社区居家养老服务评估主体为调研对象，在整理社区居家养老服务评估模式的基础上，通过调研各主体间的关系强度，结合社会网络分析方法，构建了社区居家养老服务的评估网络。通过计算该网络的特征值，实现对评估模式薄弱点的定位。最后，结合脆弱性理论，对该薄弱点进行了分析，并提出了相应的优化建议。 - 关键词：
社区居家养老；评估模式；评估网络；脆弱性； - Abstract: Community-based care network is the breakthrough to analyze community-based care evaluation model. This study treats identified community-based care evaluation subjects in Nanjing as research objects. Firstly, the community-based care evaluation model and the tie strength among the subjects were obtained through questionnaires. Secondly, the community-based care evaluation network was achieved using social network analysis. The weaknesses of the community-based care evaluation model are obtained by calculating the whole parameters of the network. Finally, combined with vulnerability theory, these network weaknesses were analyzed, and optimization suggestions were raised correspondingly.
