基于浙江省未来社区进入全省推广阶段后确立的5 大创建类型及特点，相应选取了华东勘测设计研究院有限公司主导的浙江省未来社区典型规划设计项目进行剖析，以期为不同类型未来社区的建设提供差异化指引。 - 关键词：
社区营造；未来社区；三化九场景；去房地产化；美好生活； - Abstract: Based on the five types and their characteristics established in Zhejiang future community’s general promotion stage, this paper selects the typical planning projects of the Zhejiang future community led by PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation for analysis, in order to provide differentiated guidelines for the construction of different types of future communities.
