作为社区服务供给模式的创新实践，未来社区建设9 大场景满足了居民多样化的生活需求，以综合运营实现社区服务集成和多方协作。文章以浙江省未来社区首批试点之一的七彩社区为案例，对未来社区综合运营的现状问题进行分析，研究提出未来社区综合运营的内涵与特点，并从多元统筹、开发运营、数字集成等方面提出优化方案，以期为现代基层治理和多元主体框架下的社区建设运营提供新的思路。 - 关键词：
未来社区；综合运营；多元统筹；资金平衡；数字集成； - Abstract: As an innovative practice of community service supply mode, the future community builds nine scenarios to meet the diversified living needs of residents. Through comprehensive operation, community service integration and multi-party collaboration can be achieved. Taking Qicai community as an example, which is one of the first pilot projects of future community in Zhejiang province, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of future community comprehensive operation, puts forward the connotation and features of future community comprehensive operation, and puts forward the optimization scheme from multiple co-ordination, development and operation, digital integration, in order to provide new ideas for community construction and operation under the framework of modern grassroots governance and
multiple subjects.
