既有城市居住分异与居民健康的研究多以居住区的缓冲区作为研究范围，文章通过构建城市健康资源综合评价指标体系，重点研究居住分异视角下居民活动空间健康资源差异。研究表明，不同类型社区居民在活动空间的健康资源可获得性比其居住空间有所提升；传统社区居民在活动空间内享有健康资源优势，而保障房小区居民的健康资源相对匮乏。改善城市居民健康公平的政策需依据不同类型社区居民的活动特点，改善其活动空间的健康资源分布。 - 关键词：
健康资源；建成环境；活动空间；社区类型； - Abstract: Existing studies on residential differentiation and residents' health mostly take the residential space as the research area. According to the evaluation index system of comprehensive health resources, this paper focuses on the difference of health resources in residents' activity space from the perspective of residential differentiation. The results show that the availability of health resources in activity space is improved compared with residential space. Residents in traditional communities enjoy the advantages of health resources in activity space, while the health resources of residents living in indemnificatory housing are relatively scarce. Policies to promote the health equity of urban residents need to improve the distribution of health resources in their activity space based on the activity characteristics of residents in different community types.
