工业型小城镇在国家各类职能小城镇中占据重要地位，用地作为各项城镇功能的物质载体，对城镇建设发展起到基础性作用。我国的城乡建设用地资源有限，特别是在生态文明和可持续发展的背景下，对小城镇用地演变规律及驱动机制进行探究，以提高工业型小城镇的用地效率，优化其空间布局，具有重要理论意义和实践价值。文章针对工业型小城镇特点，从“整体—局部”两个尺度，运用主成分回归分析及Logistic 回归分析手段，构建用地演变驱动机制分析的“两层四类”分析方法，并选取四川省绵阳市松垭镇为案例地展开实证研究。研究发现：整体层面，松垭镇用地演变的驱动机制以经济发展为主导，其他要素次之；局部层面，不同类型新增用地根据自身属性及周边用地需求进行扩展。文章期望通过针对工业型小城镇提出的分析方法及研究成果，增进对工业型小城镇的科学认知，为其用地布局优化提供参考。 - 关键词：
驱动机制；用地演变；产城融合；工业型小城镇； - Abstract: Small-size industrial towns occupy an important position among all the towns serving different functions in China. Land, as a physical medium for realizing various urban functions, plays a fundamental role in urban construction and development. Research on the law of the evolution of urban land use and the underlying driving mechanism has profound theoretical implications and practical value. This paper, according to the characteristics of small industrial towns and from the dual dimensions of “overall-local”, adopted principal component regression analysis and logistic regression analysis methods to construct a “two-layer four-category” analytical model targeting the driving mechanism of the evolution of land use. In addition, the paper selected Songya town, Mianyang city, Sichuan province as a typical target area to conduct empirical research. The research found that at the overall level economic development was the dominant component in the driving mechanism of the land-use evolution in Songya town, followed by other factors. Both the research methods and the research results of this study on small industrial towns can help improve the scientific understanding of small-size industrial towns and provide insights for the optimization of land use in small-size industrial towns.
