在全球建设低碳城市和居民追求健康生活的背景下，城市步行环境评价日渐成为规划和建筑界的研究热点。论文运用层次分析法，从多样性、可达性、舒适性和安全性 4 个维度构建了主客观结合的城市社区步行环境评价指标体系，选取南京主城 8 个典型社区为调查样本进行实证研究，并运用 K-means 空间聚类法将社区分成 4 类，总结各类社区步行环境的特征、差异与问题。最后，论文从土地利用、服务设施、步行网络及建设理念等方面提出了城市社区步行环境品质提升的对策与建议。 - 关键词：
步行环境；社区；评价体系；优化策略； - Abstract: With increasing attention to low-carbon city and healthy lifestyle, evaluation of urban pedestrian environment gradually becomes a top topic among scholars in the fields of planning and construction. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of urban community walking environment, which combines subjectivity and objectivity from four dimensions (diversity, accessibility, comfort and safety) with the method of analytic hierarchy process. This paper examines eight typical communities in the main urban area of Nanjing. In the data analysis process, the paper divides these communities into four categories using the K-means spatial clustering method to summarize characteristics, differences and current problems of each category respectively. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of pedestrian environment quality in urban community from the aspects of land use, service facilities, pedestrian network, and construction concept.
