为应对突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，全国大部分城市在疫情初期都采用了基于社区的封闭式管理策略，然而已有关于公共空间配置的评估大都聚焦于正常的经济生活情景，缺乏对疫情防控场景下防疫能力的考虑。文章通过问卷调查了居民在社区封闭管理期间对周边公共空间的需求，结合公共空间数据构建了相应的社区公共空间配置的防疫能力评估模型。以成都市为例，运用空间数据，根据评估模型对成都市五城区主要居民聚居区 1km×1km 网格的封闭式防疫能力进行了评价。根据调查和评估结果，对影响封闭式防控的重点公共空间配置和治理提出了相应建议，以期为城市的长期规划和有效应对突发公共卫生事件提供理论和实践参考。 - 关键词：
新冠肺炎；公共空间；封闭式管理；评估模型； - Abstract: In response to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, most cities across the country have adopted a community-based closed management strategy at the beginning of the epidemic. However, the existing assessments on the allocation of public space have mostly focused on normal economic life scenarios, which lack consideration of epidemic prevention capabilities in epidemic prevention and control scenarios. Therefore, the community residents' needs for surrounding public space during closed management period were investigated through questionnaires in this paper, and a corresponding evaluation model of the epidemic prevention capability of the community public space configuration is constructed based on the public space data. Specifically, taking Chengdu as an example, the enclosed epidemic prevention capacity of the 1km×1km grid in the main residential areas of the five urban areas of Chengdu was evaluated based on the evaluation model, utilizing spatial data. According to the survey and evaluation results, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the key public space configuration and governance that affect the closed prevention and control, in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the city's long-term planning and effective response to public health emergencies.
