- 摘要：
识别并区分地摊经济发展影响因素重要程度及相互关系，对精细化城市治理有着重要现实意义。结合文献资料、专家意见及问卷调查确定出地摊经济发展主要影响因素，并应用 DEMATEL 方法实证检验不同因素对地摊经济发展的影响程度。研究结果表明：准入门槛、自治管理和信息备案为重要的原因要素；消费满意度、集聚效应和治安管理为重要的结果要素；综合考量各因素影响度、中心度及指标属性确定出自治管理、摊位规划、信息备案、经营素质和资金支持为关键影响因素，应予以重点关注，并提出相关建议对策。 - 关键词：
地摊经济；城市治理；影响因素；DEMATEL方法； - Abstract: Identifying and distinguishing the degree of importance and interrelationships of factors affecting the economic development of stalls has important practical significance for refined urban governance. Combining literature, expert opinions and questionnaire surveys, this paper identifies the main factors affecting the economic development of street stalls, and employs the DEMATEL method to empirically test the degree of influence of different factors on the economic development of street stalls. The research results show that entry barriers, autonomous management, and information filing are important causal factors; consumer satisfaction, agglomeration effects, and public security management are important result factors; based on comprehensive consideration of the influence, centrality and index attributes of each factor, this paper identifies autonomous management, booth planning, information filing, operating quality and financial support as key influencing factors which should be focused on, and relevant suggestions and countermeasures should be put forward.
