文章采用多源数据，借助ArcGIS平台，采用空间密度分析法和归纳法研究超大型城市
武汉市商品住宅空间在分布规模、分布密度和结构模式3个方面的特征。研究结果表明：
武汉市商品住宅空间分布展现出总体规模偏小、空间分布不均衡等特点，空间结构模式
上表现出“多中心”“廊道式”和“圈层式”相结合的特点。这些新分布特征与结构模
式的形成在某种程度上与当前武汉市其他活动空间的发展新趋势有紧密关系。 - 关键词：
多源数据；商品住宅；空间分布特征；结构模式；武汉； - Abstract: Using multi-source data and applying the approach of kernel density function analysis and eduction, this paper aims to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of commercial residential buildings in Wuhan on the platform of ArcGIS. The spatial distribution characteristics are examined from three aspects: scale, density and spatial distribution mode. It is revealed that the spatial distribution of the commercial residential buildings in Wuhan is uneven. Its overall pattern is a combination of the “multi-center pattern”, the “corridor pattern” and the “circle-layout pattern”. By looking at these patterns with the relevant urban land-use types, it is found that this pattern is fundamentally infl uenced by the location factors such as fi rms, education institutions, cultural facilities, daily life facilities and restaurants. This might be an implication that the spatial distribution of the commercial residential buildings is closely related to the location preference of the other urban activities which are undergoing new development trends in Wuhan.
