通过将城市群与城市网络的相关研究方法应用于智慧城市群，结合实例对其特征展开研究。应用核心—边缘结构分析确定智慧城市群核心城市，综合考虑时间距离划定智慧城市群的空间范围。从5 个量化维度对我国8 个智慧城市群的发育程度进行评估，研究发现我国智慧城市群总体呈现为起步类、发展类及成熟类的分组特征；通过比较发育成熟度最高的长三角和珠三角智慧城市群，发现智慧城市群是在传统城市群结构基础上进行优化，强化核心顶端城市的区域协调作用，同时，信息化与智慧化建设将推动智慧城市群内的中级城市突破原有的传统位序形成跨越式发展。 - 关键词：
智慧城市群；城市网络；发育程度；结构特征； - Abstract: The related research methods of urban agglomerations and urban networks are applied to smart city clusters, and their characteristics are studied by examples. The core-periphery structure analysis is applied to determine the core cities of the smart city cluster, and the spatial scale of the smart city cluster is determined by considering the distance. From the five quantitative dimensions, the development degree of 8 smart city clusters in China is evaluated. The study finds that the smart city clusters in China are generally grouped into three echelons, which are divided into start-up, development and mature. By comparing the most mature Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta Smart City Cluster, it is found that the smart city cluster is optimized on the basis of the traditional urban agglomeration structure, and strengthens the regional coordination role of the core city. At the same time, informationization and intelligent construction will promote Intermediate cities within the smart city cluster break through the original traditional order to form a leap-forward development.
