通过回顾健康与韧性概念的发展历程，论证了在疫情背景下社区健康韧性建设的重要性及社区医疗设施在其中的基础地位，梳理了社区医疗设施空间布局影响社区健康韧性的工作机制。以南京市中心城区为例，基于社区医疗设施与健康资源空间数据与统计数据，运用核密度、OD 服务范围、潜能模型、泰森多边形等分析模型，从均衡性、可达性、适用性对社区医疗设施空间布局进行了分析评价，从规划布局、医疗资源配置、健康资源分布等角度以社区健康韧性为导向提出了发展建议。 - 关键词：
社区健康韧性；社区医疗设施；空间布局；南京市； - Abstract: By reviewing the development history of the concept of health and resilience, the paper demonstrated the importance of community health resilience promotion in the context of epidemic, the basic status of community medical facilities, and the working mechanism of the spatial layout of community medical facilities affecting community health resilience. Taking Nanjing’s downtown area as an example, based on the spatial and statistical data, the spatial layout of community medical institutions is evaluated from the aspect of balance, accessibility and availability, with quantitative methods such as kernel density, OD service range, potential model, and Tyson polygons. Development suggestions are put forward for the spatial layout of community medical institutions oriented by health resilience from the perspectives of spatial planning, distribution of health and medical resources, etc.
