特色田园乡村建设是江苏贯彻“两山”理论、促进乡村振兴的重要实践。高淳三条垄—青山片区在特色田园乡村创建中，因地制宜采取了加强村庄个体特色引导、突出片区联动发展的创新模式，不断促进以“绿水青山”带动片区整体振兴，实现了生态保护、环境提升与产业发展、历史文化传承的有机统一。 - 关键词：
“两山”理论；特色田园乡村；片区联动；实践路径 - Abstract: The construction of characteristic idyllic countryside is an important practice of implementing the ¡°Two Mountains Theory¡± and promoting rural revitalization in Jiangsu. In the process of construction, Santiaolong-Qingshan area in Gaochun has adopted an innovation mode of characteristic idyllic countryside on the level of ¡°group¡±, which combines individual characteristics of villages and integrated development of the whole area according to its local conditions, and consistently promoted the overall revitalization of the area driven by ¡°lucid waters and lush mountains¡±. As a result, the organic unity of ecological protection, environmental improvement, thriving businesses and historical, cultural inheritance has been realized.
