- 摘要：
面对人口老龄化趋势的快速发展，在世界卫生组织（WHO）指南框架基础上，探索符合我国国情的适老宜居城市环境建设评价要素体系的重要性日益凸显。文章从政策发展与评价研究两个方面、实体环境和社会环境两个维度、城市和社区两个范畴，对世卫组织2005 年提出适老宜居城市建设理念以来我国相关评价研究脉络进行分析和梳理，总结目前的研究现状，对未来的研究发展提出展望。 - 关键词：
适老宜居环境；评价体系；实体环境；社会环境； - Abstract: With the rapid development of the population aging trend, it is increasingly important to explore an evaluation system for the age-friendly city environment construction in line with our national conditions based on the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline framework. From the two aspects of policy development and evaluation research, two dimensions of physical environment and social environment, two categories of city and community, this article analyzes and sorts out the research evolution in China since WHO put forward the concept of age-friendly city in 2005. It summarizes the current research status and prospects the development of future research.
