- 城镇化进程中城郊被征地农户生计状况研究 ——以武汉市新洲区为例

以武汉市新洲区212 户被征地农民家庭实地调查数据为基础，运用可持续生计理论分析了征地拆迁前后被征地农户生计资本及可持续生计信心变化情况。研究发现，征地拆迁后物质资本指标值大幅度提高，农户的生计资本总水平有所提高，但金融资本、人力资本和社会资本指标值却没有明显改善。物质资本、金融资本、人力资本和社会资本均对被征地农户的可持续生计信心产生显著影响，其中物质资本的影响最为突出。建议通过建立多元化的征地拆迁补偿制度，允许农户分享被征土地的项目红利，加大对创新创业的扶持力度，积极帮助被征地农户尽快融入城市生活。 - 关键词：
被征地农户；征地拆迁；生计资本；可持续生计信心； - Abstract: Based on the field investigation data of 212 land-expropriated peasant households in Xinzhou district in Wuhan, this paper uses Sustainable Livelihood Theory to analyze the change of livelihood capital and confidence in sustainable livelihoods pre and post land expropriation. Research shows that the overall livelihood level of the land-expropriated peasant households has been improved because of significant improvement of material capital, but financial, human and social capitals have not been significantly improved. Material, financial, human and social capitals had significant effect on confidence in sustainable livelihoods and the effect of material capital is the most remarkable. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: establishing diversified land acquisition compensation system, sharing the profit of construction projects in requisitioned land with land-expropriated peasants, strengthening the support dynamics of innovation and pioneering, positive helping land-expropriated peasants integrate into city life.
