随着老龄化程度的加深和家庭结构的变革，不断增长的社区养老需求与社区养老设施配置不够健全的矛盾日益凸显。文章借鉴“城市人”理论，以武汉市主城区为例展开实证，运用社会调查、回归分析等方法，识别出老年人、设施提供者双方匹配的配置半径为：综合服务类和生活照料类设施为300~500m，文化休闲类设施为500~700m，提取出影响养老设施满意度的人居要素为道路密度、周边环境和设施质量，最终从“点、量、质”3方面提出设施配置优化策略。 - 关键词：
社区养老设施；“城市人”；满意度；优化策略； - Abstract: With the deepening of aging and the change of family structure, the contradiction between the elderly's increasing demand for community pension and the inadequate allocation of facilities is increasingly prominent. Based on the theory of "homo urbanicus", this paper takes Wuhan central area as an example, uses social survey, regression analysis and other methods to find out the consensus allocation radius of the two sides: 300-500m for comprehensive service and life care facilities, 500-700m for cultural and leisure facilities, and extracts the residential elements affecting the satisfaction of elderly care facilities as road density, surrounding environment and quality of facilities. Finally, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of facility configuration from "point, quantity and quality".
