利用CiteSpace 文献分析工具，将自Web of Science 核心合集数据库中检索到的与环境影响老年健康相关的766 篇文献进行量化分析，首先，结合关键词聚类网络与文献时间线视图，将老年健康研究划分为影响身体机能的社区环境研究、影响体力活动的社区环境研究和影响生活质量的社区环境研究共3 个研究阶段；其次，从理论探索、研究方法和影响因素3 方面综述各阶段的相关研究进展和成果；最后，总结既有研究的不足，提出完善理论体系、丰富研究方法，识别主要影响因素、创新研究思路的研究展望。 - 关键词：
老年健康；社区环境；身体机能；体力活动；生活质量； - Abstract: Using the CiteSpace document analysis tool, the 766 documents retrieved from the Web of Science core collection database related to the environmental impact on the health of the elderly were quantitatively analyzed. First, the keyword clustering network and the document timeline view were combined to study the health of the elderly. Divided into three research phases: community environment research that affects physical function, community environment research that affects physical activity, and community environment research that affects quality of life. Secondly, combined with the research entry point in each stage, the relevant research progress and achievements are summarized from the three aspects of theoretical exploration, research methods and influencing factors. Finally, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of existing research, puts forward the research prospect of perfecting the theoretical system, enriching the research method, identifying the main influencing factors and the innovative research ideas.
